• Treatment with prescription vitamin A prescribed via a Doctor or Dermatologist- must wait 6-8 weeks before using Cosmelan 2. Speak with one of our clinicians regarding options to introduce.
• Pregnancy and lactation – not suitable
• Active Acne – not suitable, speak to your clinician regarding other options available to you.
• Hydroquinone – must wait 12 weeks
• Bacterial or Viral infections – confirm with one of our clinicians if ok to use.
• Hypersensitivity to light – speak with one of our clinicians
• Tendency to develop keloids – not suitable
• Cancer, Diabetes, Lupus, Thyroid issues, Chemotherapy, Radiation etc. – not suitable

If you have previously used Cosmelan 2, or have recently completed the professional peel process, please just follow the instructions received previously by your skin care professional.

If you change your mind about an item you have purchased and the item is unused and unopened, in original packaging and free from any damage we can offer an exchange, store credit or refund less original postage cost by us ($12 Australia Wide). Postage to return the item is the responsibility of the purchaser and they will also need to cover this cost so please select your items carefully.
